USA Airlines Group is a holding company consisting of two airlines: USA Airlines and its regional brand USA Link. Its global headquarters is located at Arlington, Virginia, with regional and operational offices at Dulles, Virginia, Denver, Colorado, and Los Angeles, California. The airline operates hubs at IAD, DEN, FLL, EWR, MSP and LAX. USA Airlines loyalty program is called USA MilagePlan (or simply MilagePlan).

The cabins consist of the following classes:
- Premier Suites: most exclusive business class product used on intercontinental flights (installed on selected 787-9 and A330-900)
- Premier Class: business class product used on Intercontinental flights (installed on 787-10, 787-9, 787-7, A330-300, and A330-200).
- First Class: domestic and medium haul business class product (installed on 737-700, 737-800, A321neo, A321-100, A321-200, A320-200, A320neo, A319-100).
- Premium Economy: premium economy product used on intercontinental flights (installed on 787-10, 787-9, 787-8, A330-300, and A330-200).
- Economy: the economy product on all aircraft.
- Economy Light: the lowest fare class in economy, offered on all flights.

The airport lounges of USA Airlines are called 'USA Lounge' and a special premium lounge called 'Premier Lounge by USA', which is located at EWR and LAX. Access to the lounge is granted to Premier Suites and Premier Class passengers as well as selected credit card holders and frequent flyers of the USA Milage plan with specific status.
